A confirmation email will be sent to your nominated email account, to confirm we have received your order and payment. We aim to dispatch all orders within 4 business days of order confirmation. Orders placed before 3pm Monday to Friday will generally be dispatched on the same working day.
UK orders will be sent via courier and the tracking number will be sent in the order dispatch email. Orders over £30 will receive complimentary shipping. We offer standard or express delivery and options can be selected at the checkout stage.
European shipping is available and sent by courier International Tracked and Signed. Prices start from £11.00.
Rest of the World shipping options are available from £11.00. Please contact us if you have any special shipping requirements.
We regret that we don't currently ship to Canada or the USA, but will be looking to include this option in the near future.
Buying one of our candles as a gift? We offer an optional eco-friendly gift-wrapping service that you can add on when selecting your candle.
Biodegradable and recyclable brown kraft paper is used to wrap our boxes and plastic-free tape and natural twine are used to hold the wrapping in place. Beautiful strawflowers are added as the finishing touch.
There is also an option to add personalised note free of charge, just add the message you'd like to the notes section when checking out and we'll make sure it's included in your parcel.
We truly hope you are delighted with our products, but we understand that sometimes this is not the case.
In the event that you wish to return or exchange your purchase, we will happily do so once we have received the unopened and unused product you wish to return in it's original packaging.
Use the Contact Us form below including the reason for the return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order. Alternatively, you can email us at enquiries@alero.uk with the same details. All returns must be sent back within 14 days of notifying us of your intention to return your purchase.
Please note we are only able to offer refunds or exchanges if the goods are unopened and unused.
Should any items be damaged in transit, please contact us using the email above or the Contact us form within 48 hours and we will be happy to help.
